A retirement home is being developed in association with Age Ventures India and their Knowledge partners HelpAge India and Methodist Housing Association, UK. The design features, services and other related resources are being handled by Age Ventures India. Post occupation the old age care cum services will be provided by Age Ventures India.
The Retirement cum Care Home at Bangalore is a 12 story structure housing with 179 units which is spread over 2 blocks.
The living area configuration is as under:
- 52 No. of 1bedroom, living cum dining, kitchenette, puja corner, bathroom and balconies
- 78 No. of 1bedroom, living cum dining, kitchen, 1 bathroom, study, puja corner and balconies
- 65 No. of 2bedroom, living cum dining, kitchen, 2 bathroom, puja corner and balconies
The complex has a retreat where all the facilities are located. The Retreat is located on the first 3 floors of one the blocks .
The two blocks are interconnected at 3 levels:

- 10 room high dependence rooms with their own lounge, dining room, care room, shower and other facilities
