Mr. Aloysius Thomas, a resident of Shriram Greenfield, was at work when he received a call from his wife, Priya informing him that his father had fallen in the bathroom. The bedroom door was locked and he was in that situation for approximately 45 minutes before she called him panic-stricken. He hurriedly left his office and informed Mr. Manoharan on the way who responded immediately. Along with the electrician Arun, they swiftly broke open the bedroom door, picked him up from the floor and placed him on the bed after checking for any bruises. By the time Mr. Aloysius reached home, all was taken care of by Mr. Manoharan who also came by later to enquire if everything was fine and assured them of help at any time.
